We are extremely pleased to be collaborating once again with Property Hub at Q Derby, and have created three bespoke schemes *exclusively for Property Hub Clients* to choose from - all of which complement your new property and the development ethos.

We have 20 years experience working on turn key furniture packages, and pride ourselves on our level of service. We offer only mid to high range packages to ensure quality fit outs that will last, and we always have a keen eye on design as well as durability and cost for our clients.

The majority of our items are sourced from our trusted supply chain here in UK, along side some very local manufacturers who produce items here in the North West. We're proud to be sourcing local, plus logistically it makes sense!

A handful of select pieces are also hand picked from our favourite designers in Europe, to ensure our individually designed packages are up to date on with the latest design for your new apartment.

We work on pre-orders to ensure we can buy in larger quantities to keep competitively priced, so we are asking investors to place orders as soon as they can to allow a 8 week lead time with the manufacturers.

With that in mind, we are also very excited to be offering FREE dressing packs to preorders before end Feb2023 * worth £350.
